Except forex is there any best way to make $10 per month in paypal without using PTC, referrals, adsense etc.
Is there any fastest way to make $10 just in a month?

MyLot is great for this, so post a lot here (only quality posts though!!) and you can do it. Another option is different article writing sites. I recommend Bukisa (and advice you to stay away from Triond).
It does not even take that much work to be honest!

ok I am going to try Bukisa and I hope I will have better experience there. Actually I am collecting money in order to do forex. If I will have $10 in paypal then I can open one mini or micro account in forex.

well just like the post above, slicethepie is a good earning site. But you can check my website for more info on some earning online sites.

Try a music review site called Slicethepie. Anyone can join and earn. Today I earned almost $5 in a new scout room, which is the best I've ever done.
If you're active daily, you can make more than $10/month there.
Just search the site, there are no referral links, they don't have a referral program at all.

$10? I am earning $10 per day at another side. It is fun and it is just like myLot. myLot is great but the most you can earn here is roughly about $1 per day or less.
Add em as friend and drop me a line if you want to know how to earn that amount per day.
And yes, I have payment proof too :)

I'd rather make that much per day! I guess I don't have a high enough rating yet so if you PM me I can send you a link where you can earn at least $15.00 a month in a specific social community.

One of the easiest ways to making that amount every month is to get active here at MyLot, I am about to hit my 1st cash-out due to my laziness and know many users here that are paid monthly good amounts. You can also look into Surveys but depending on your location that might not work well.
