Depreciate or survive

All of us will have bad times. No one is spared. No one is excused.Whether you are rich or poor, beautiful or ugly, healthy or sick, intelligent or not. But I have reached that point in my life where i realized or learned that, no matter how big or small the problem is, I have survived it all. And how? I discovered that wallowing on the problem is not going to be a big help, but focusing on the solutions will be very useful. Thinking of possible solutions rather than thinking how big the problem is , has surely helped me get it through. So instead of sitting on my corner and let the problem depreciate me, i chose to stand up and tell myself that I am going to survive. We are given choices, what would be your choice next time problem hits you?

I'm so glad that there are many positive thinker people around here. Yup I've been trying to do same thing, but they were times that it is really hard to stand up and find a solution for every problem.

I think that we are living in a world where we are all tested for survival of the fittest. So no matter how big the problem is, no matter how affecting it can be, I don't have any choice but to try to stand up and bounce back so I can move forward...it's the only thing we should do, rather than digging our own grave in despair...

I completly agree with you, if we stay focused on how big our problem is, our on how bad we have it, it won't solve the problem. On the contrary it will only bring us into a downwards spiral and bring us down even more. Although it can seem impossible we always have to try and stay possitive and realise that in the end we are the only people that can help us out of our problems.

i agree that no one is exempted no matter what status of people are. we need to set our minds that life is not a bed of roses. problems are endless. when you solve a problem, a new one comes along. but humans are bestowed the ability to transcend lifes irony.

I have had such experiences too its better to forget the past but make sure you learn something from it before forgetting.Problem is the lock and Solution is the key to the lock, thats what I believe.Have a nice day and hope you find solutions to your problems.
