Is God created Ghost and human beings?

I believe God created the world. He must be Good to all whether they are any religion, country, caste. He likes every one. Some people are saying that God created human being and also ghost? Is it true. I never believe He creates the ghost. Since He is good to all, why He should create ghost? Can any one tell me any reason?
I think ghost is nothing but the dead soul. The dead soul will host living humanbeing for some time and stay. They will act on them and they(ghost) do what ever they(ghost) like. They will fulfil their desires. But the problem is for the affected human. What is your opinion on this?

Ghosts are basicly humans. There are 2 types of ghosts. The first one, a nice ghost. A nice ghost doesn't do much, it just appears sometimes and other times it goes away. The second ghost, a bad ghost. A bad ghost posses people and control them and makes them do evil acts. The second ghost is here for a reason. It haunts bad people as a punishment. So beware if you do somethign bad. Also this ghost wants to protect its territory, so this ghost can be attached to a piece of land claiming it has something.

god him self is a ghost .. holy ghost that create ghost .. us .. human beings .. actually we are a ghost with a form ..
anyone want to share more ideas?
