how do you make friends?

I establish rapport with people as soon as possible. Not just deep rapport but also wide, trying to establish what they like talking about.

in making friends friends..you should be honest to them..by telling tour problems..sharing each other..love them as your fiend..when you're making friends..be happy of what they have..accept them as who they are..be responsible to them..

I have never thought of a method. We get near people all the time. With some we have something to talk about, with athers we have none. With the first ones there is a period of seeing each other and checking (sometimes unknowinly) how much we like ach other. We don´t have to thinl alike though.
