Heart over mind or mind over heart?

Heart and mind often times do not go together. There are people who's heart rules while others are mind. How about you mylotters? What kind of a person are you? Do you listen to your heart and be happy or do what's right and get hurt?

If it goes to choose something expensive then I listen to my mind, but if it goes to taste (art) then I liste to my heart.

I like to try to listen to my mind more than my heart but I find myself thinking with my heart more often than with my mind. It feels like my heart pushes my mind around and gets in the way.
