Extra Income online seems unreliable

I've been active in the internet exploring opportunity to make extra money for income but so far I've never receive a single dime. What makes me join here is the testimonial of the members and saying that they being paid by these sites and so on. After I joined with these sites, I noticed that most of these sites will hardly pay its members especially to standard or free members. I've been active since June but it seems that the sites will not reward its hard-click works. Are these PTC sites and other earning opportunity reliable and trusted?

I have been searching on and off for quite awhile for free programs/sites where you can earn some money for being online, I've only come across a couple that are really promising. The best I have done on one site is $106. for the month, for not actually doing much. The other site is offering guaranteed payout, this still remains to be seen, as the program goes live October 26. I've only been with this one for 2 days, but I already have 330 referrals, so should be making some money with this one to.

Yes it seems unreliable and I am not yet giving up.
I do this as part time only bcoz I have a full time job.
