inbox spam for hotmail

hey, anyone of you know how to not recieve e-mails from some sender. my whole inbox is fille with this sender's *cough* mylot *cough*. anyway, i am asking how to TOTALLY BLOCK IT as some important mails end up in my junk too. so i do not wat "this sender's" mail to appear in my junk but not to appear at all. thanks. sorry mylot, its kinda getting irritating D:
