Children nowadays often tests the limits set from them by their mothers and the authorities. I have watched the news here in the Philippines locally where a 6-year old was found dead in a grassy place where her feet was tied together she was actually a kinder 1 pupil according to the investigation she was found naked from a waist down and tied her feet by a nylon cord and the investigation found out that a 6 year old boy killed her because of rape. However the suspect will not detained in jail because of the law that restrict them from criminal responsibilities. Are you in favor with this law? or there is really a need to abolish this law?

This is getting worse each day i see. I cannot think that a six year old could rape, but on the other hand we will never know. As for the law, he should rather be send to a juvenile center. Harsh, but you never know what that kid can do next. TATA.

I think he should be taken from his parents (not necessarily as a punishment, since I don't see how he could have fully understood what he did) pending an investigation, because he is likely being abused by someone, or at the very least, not being raised properly! Getting him into appropriate foster care will be critical for helping him grow up properly so he can avoid a life in jail.

I still don't think he was capable of doing it, though. But i agree, someone is abusing him. I just hope there will be someone taking him in at a foster care home. People tend to avoid children like that, unfortunately.

That boy was probably horribly raped himself. That is a very sad situation.
