Tips to be a Top Writer

Friends, we know that writing can be monetized. It is very common way to enrich yourself. Besides, becoming a writer can make you famous. I love writing too but don't really know how to monetize it.
Writing novel, especially, is very commercial. Yes, you can refer to person like J.K. Rowling and Stephanie Mayer. Across many advices in becoming a top writer, I am sure you guys always have many good tips to share with. So, can you please tell us? Thanks you guys!

Hi i'm a newbie in writing. But my take is when you want to start in this arena. the 2 things you need is Persistent and Passion.
With these 2 things it can take you to the level you want in writing.

You are absolutly wrong, my friend. Writing is a difficult task in which talent and effort is required. That does not make you famous most of the time. The famous writters are a handful, writers can be measured bythe thousands. There are techniques to be learned in workshops but if you lack talent you will get nowhere. Tips for becoming a famous writer is as absurd as asking for tips to become a millionaire in any field.
