I am not sure how many litres I drink, I tend to drink about once glass. I do not drink a lot of liquids as I tend not to get thirsty often and if I am not thirsty then that is a sign that my body does not need any more. Other than that glass of water, I have one glass of orange juice in a day and maybe steal a few mouthfuls from other peoples various drinks throughout the day.
