I love to cook. I prepare most of my meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. I make my own salsas from vegetables from my garden and can them for the winter. I can a lot of the vegetables from the garden to use through the year as I don't trust processed foods in the grocery stores. I love creating new dishes and using different spices. Only problem is I don't write things down so most times my dishes are different every time I make them.
