everyone has issues with their superiors even if their superiors are treating them well what more if their superiors are not right? my "superior" isn't really or technically my superior. we just put him there cause there was an issue in the organizational chart and every time he talks to me, it's just plain cr@p he doesn't know how to run my department i want to slap him to the ground basically i just think he's an idiot who wants to looks smart in my department and then tries to take credit for all the things i've done. things which he says may not work can't wait for 2011, that way my department will be free of his idiocy what's wrong with your boss?

everyone has issues with their superiors even if their superiors are treating them well what more if their superiors are not right? Nope, not me! I am sorry you have to deal with a difficult working life. I have been working for 6 years and I've never had problems with my bosses. My current boss is a very kind hearted man. He's also genius. He has a doctoral degree from Japan and is very polite. My boss's boss is a super woman. She can handle a big resposibility in her career while being a mom at the same time and she is a very nice and warm lady. I admire both them.

I'm sorry you're going through that with your boss. Unfortunately, everyone is going to have to deal with one boss like that at least once while they're working. I think with your boss, you just need to let everything he says go through one ear and out the other. He very well might be trying to get a rise out of you and if you give it to him, you could end up losing your job! Currently I'm not having any problems with my boss, except for her occasional mood swings, but I think I've figured out her pattern and she treats me with respect. My previous bosses let their title go to their head and they treated me like I was scum of their business. I've few bosses that treated me the way I felt I needed to be treated. One of my bosses would tell me to clean something and after I did what she told me I would go do something else that REALLY needed to be done. Well, nothing I did was good enough so she would ask if I cleaned or did what she asked and when I told her I did, she would look at me with this blank expression and tell me I needed to do a better job. The worst part was that all she did was sit at the front desk, twirl her hair and talk on the phone while giving out orders. I was constantly moving and never got a praise of what I did around the shop. Needless to say, I quit that job the minute I was asked to work somewhere else.

I have had a bad boss once, and I know how you feel, but truth be told that's how it is. Sometimes, you have to deal with supervisors, bosses, and co-workers that you don't want to deal with.
