Mobile phones/Cell phones.

Are any of you truly interested in the latest phones where you can dowload a load of various applications? I do love what phones can do, love the touchscreen and the qwerty keyboard. I don't bother with the applications, i would rather just use my phone for talking, texting, camera, video, music and the organiser. Other than that i don't really need anything else. What do you guys think of these phones with all the applications you can download? I can do it on my phone but i have no interest in it, do you have interest in it? If so what is it that you download, is it expensive?

im like you and i have to learn to use a phone first, so i dont like anything too complicated. thet are a good idea but i only use a phone for talking, texting taking photos and using the organiser ie: alarm, calender.

im not too bad really when it comes to using a phone, aslong as i know how to use the simplle things i need and use from it then i am ok. I do however like to have an updated phone, but it has nothing to do with the functions that it offers. It is great as to what you are able to do on mobile phones now but i just don't have any interest in them. I will just stick to the basics, at this moment in time that is all i need it for.

when it comes to new technology not everything is easy. i like to try before giving up on things but the applications just seem to be a waste as i have no use for them. Also technology changes so quickly.

Do you not bother with downloading the applications either? I just wouldn't really have any spare time to spend time on them even if i did download an application that appealed to me. Hope you have a great day also.

I'll be honest, I like to keep something like a phone to be simple. There are a lot of phones that have a same amount of gadgets on it. I remember when pretty much cell phones were just for calling people. Even the past five years, they are really improved and increased the capabilities. To the fact where cell phones are intimidating and perhaps a little complicated to the user that might not be as tech savvy. So really I don't think that I am all that interested. I really don't talk on the phone all that much, so I just need something simple. All of the little gadgets and tricks are just something that are just something that I can utilize in other ways. Therefore, I just am not interested in all of the latest phones. They are just a bit over the top in many ways.

I remember when all you could really do was to make a call and that was basically it, wow, them were the days, lol. There is way way way too much things you get on a phone and also so much that you can download onto your phone, technology really does change as each day passes. I think they are getting more complicated with all the new things that are being added. Kids do seem to be able to understand these applications and other things though, they pick these things up quite quickly. The applications are way too hard for me, i am not that technologically smart and so have no interest or even time for things like downloading the applications. They umay offer some great things but they just aren't for me, i will stick to the basic things rather than doing the more complicated things. Thankyou so much for your response.

For me the important mobile phone can be used to communicate, with just enough for SMS, talking, cameras and surf. Do not need a touchscreen phone, so all I do not need it.

i mainly really use mine for the basic functions that all phones are able to do. Yes i do have an up to date phone but i don't bother with the downloading of applications, nor do i ever use my mobile to go onto the internet. I guess i just like the simple things from my mobile even though i am able to use many other forms of functions

Informative mobile sharing

Informative mobile sharing? What is that? For me the applications you can now get just aren't of any interest to me. Also my life is way too busy to even have the time to use any of the applications if i did download any. Surely it could be costly also.
