I read a discussion about this site about a week ago. But I want to know if this site is genuine currently? If so can u explain me how this site works. Are there any similar sites like this which are genuine??

Yes, this is genuine but this is not worth joining. They share profit with each of its member. what will you get out of it when there are thousands of members. You need to buy a position before you earn something. Sharing can work upto some extent but not for all.
