Free Reliable Hosting

I am looking to host a wordpress blog for free. Can any one suggest a reliable free hosting service with sufficient bandwidth and PHP and MYSQL database support. Since I'll be only writing articles large disc space not reqd. cPanel is also not reqd. Simple file managers will do. At present using zymic. Know ne other? thanx for the help.

I use doubleaces.runhosting.com and 0000free.com for several months already. They have good service. For domain, I use co.cc, it's a free domain. They have sufficient bandwidth and disk space for your need.
