You check what it's all about and you see this person you don't know at all but with whom you have mutual friends.So you think of being nice and accept the invitation.
No thank you for accepting my invite.
No hi or likes or comment , nothing was ever heard from this person.
Until one day he/she sends a neighbor request for a certain game at facebook(i bet it's farmville).Oh yes i accepted the invite again.
Again,no thank you, for accepting my invite.
No hi, or likes or a simple comment.
And he/she just became another face in my friend's list from then on.

talking about friend request.. dont accept for someone u dont know. bcaus that's how they're make sales...

This is quite often most people just add you so they can brag about the 1400 friends they have and how popular they are blablabla... thats why I dont use sites like facebook it gets so repitive either people add you cause your goodlooking or they jsut want to brag about their 4000 friends..
Noone really just wants to speak anymore which is why on every site I only accept friend requests if you give a hello and comment at least once every couple of months. Typical people.. I completly understand what your talking about
