How many elevated pushups?

How many elevated pushups can you do after having ran for 10kms in morning without rest ? I do 100 in 5 sets of 20 repetitions each.Is there any other way to increase my stamina quickly ?

hmm you can always do more sets or you can do each repition slowly because it demands more on your muscles and may increase your stamina. at least that is how I was able to like when I do bicep curls instead of a 2 sec rep I turn it into a 5 to 7 second rep. I can feel it work out the muscles. I have definitely seen results a lot faster as well.

There are a couple of things that you can do. One thing that you can do is when your running don't run at the same pace the whole time. Mix up the pace in which you are running. Now don't want to stop running nor do you want to do a sprint until your stamina can handle it. As far as your push ups go try adding a couple of extra reps on to your sets. As well I would add a few sets of Pull ups, and as well I would add a couple sets of some isometrics as well.
