How wide is you vocabulary in medical terms? / myLot

for most of the things, we use what we call layman's terms. but in medical areas, they use medical terms to name certain objects, situations, and places. can you give me a medical term and it's meaning/definition?

Sorry, I am not a medical practitioner. I am a legal practitioner and if that would be the question, then I can give you the terms and its definition. An example of a latin maxim which is a legal terminology is: "Dura lex sed lex", meaning "The law may be harsh, but still the law.
