atm problem..have you encounter this?

my dad uses an atm card for almost 2 years but we encountered a problem on it now. whenever we check the balance the current amount appeared to be on the thousand (my dad send that amount on the atm account when he receive his salary)but the available balance only appear to be on tens...

..hi.. I think the best way that you can do is to go directly to your bank and ask your question.. they will know what to do by then..
