No, I never drink any vitamin at any season of the year. I always take a balanced diet along with plenty of seasonal vegetables and fruits. As a result, the amount of vitamins my body derives from those are sufficient to tmeet he requirements and so I need not require any additional supply of vitamins either via drinks or pills.

I get my vitamins in many ways. I eat alot of fruits and veggies, I take multi vitamin tablets, and I also from time to time drink bottled water that has vitamins added. I also get vitamin D by spending time in the sun everyday

I take a daily multi-vitamin, fish oil, glucosamine, and magnesium. I also workout 6 days a week and have to eat tons of food. If I were an average lazy american and did no exercise. I would just make sure to eat a very healthy diet. Fruits and vegetables are a must no matter what though. everyone should be eating more veggies. I love spinach and broccali.
