In the early '90's I was into penpal writing and have had several friends around the globe, men and women, whom I religiously wrote. I was in college then, and a regular customer of Mr. Postman. I would receive an average of 6-7 letters a day! Over the years I have lost touch with them but there is one, whom I consider my best pen friend, that had me always wondering what may have happened in her life. Thanks to FB we've finally found each other again!

I've managed to find some long lost friends on Facebook, it's amazing how many people I have managed to get back in contact with. I don't see why people pay for friends reunited, as most people would be on Facebook. I guess older people will be on friends reunited more so than Facebook but the amazing thing about the site is how people mix together like they do here.

Just yesterday, a friend, who last saw her father when she was only 8, told me she's now reunited with him after ten long years in Facebook! She was still teary-eyed when she told it was even her father who searched for her. Amazing, what FB can do to people's lives!
