No,i don't think so ,because every great player whether sunil gavaskar,steve waugh,brain lara(still playing),alan border(45+ yrs.), are 36-38 yrs.old ,they stopped playing at that age only,but sachin is only 33yrs old ,i think he should atleast play 2011 WORLD-CUP which is to be held in ASIA CONTINENT(india, pak,sri lanka,bangladesh).

sachin tendulkar is a great player ,he brings good name to india,his records really bride to India,sachin got fans all over world.
I think Sachin will retire after 2010 is good for my personal opinion.
If he play 2 more world cup india will get good records and i hope this world cup sachin will prove his taled again what he make last world cup.

love and affection about a player are different things and they differ from the selecton criterion.
we obviously love our sachin,that is why we dont want him to be retired,but every player has his own limitations,beyond which he cannot go,and if he does it then he becomes secondary for his team.so by analysing the current performance of sachin,i think he should retire after world cup,otherwise he should remember the treatment of the BCCI to its players like in the case of saurav.
