how many self awareness seminars have you attended and how well you know yourself? have you encountered the joharri windows which says that there is also a window that we dont know and no one knows? there is also one specific of people who know something about us that we dont.

You know sometimes people are saying I know myself from a-z. But it is true to us people that we know ourself? If we know ourself we did not confuse to make any decisions, likes and actions. I do beleived that there are 3 enemies of ourselves the evil, the people around and yourself. And you know the most dangerous enemies among the three - is OURSELF... How did they say know yourself, ourself... So for me I'm still trying to know myself and reliaze about me...

likewise my friend. also, there are times that we get to know ourselves with the help of the people we didnt expect to make us realize who we are.

I don't believe in those stuff. I'm more of a rational person. I don't rely on supernatural windows and what not just to gain self-awareness. I'm fully aware of who i am and no kind of monk or guru can tell me who the hell i am.

I know my self very well, a few years back I was struggling to identify the real me and I spent a lot of time trying to find myself. I think it's very important to understand ourselves, as if we don't will others? There's many thing I'm glad I have been able to achieve and this is doing to knowing myself. Who knows how far we can go in life without truthfully knowing ourselves.

I'm afraid I do know myself better than I wish to. When you go to church and ask God each and everyday to help you change, he will allow you to notice things about yourself that you never noticed before, but only noticed the things in others and judged them about it. It's incredible how many derrogatory things there are about me that I try turning around when they come out again. But I'm glad they've been brought to my attention, so I won't sound so stupid and judge others when I have the same faults.

Hi dear, There is a saying that we should know what and how we are. Others know ‘little about’ us. That is based on our nature and life. Like our parents, brother/sister, few friends etc as they used to mingle with us and parents, as they are there with from the very child hood to upto the age. So that they can assess us upto certain extent and till certain age. We know better about our self, than anybody else. Because, in all circumstances, we are not fully exposed and totally open. Basically, we are reserved to our self and not fully explicitly to others at any kind of incidents. Through expressing our feelings, commenting our opinions and vies, sharing our thoughts, we communicate to others. In such a way, other people can make an estimate on us from the output what we provides, and how behaves to them. But recently there are so many advanced technologies developed to extract a man’s inner thoughts and sub concision and unconscious state of mind. Scientifically the same has proved also. Several cases of criminal and other types of problems have been evidently helped to trace such things. So, it is possible in such ways and not thorough any windows or doors. If we are using any other methods’, we can call it Joharri Windows or whatever it is. But there may be some kind of scientific approach and people may call it differently. These things are elaborately covered under the study of psychology. And a well experienced psychologist can make an assessment about a person and nothing more on it. If we have real thoughts and hard work behind it, we can achieve our goals. Regards, Thank-s

Hi hushi! I think there is always a room within each of us in which neither we nor anyone else knows who we really are but is always there just waiting to shine the brightest when time is the darkest. This is the extra-ordinary in the every ordinary one of us. And Such is the beauty of the human spirit!
