Do you know the importance of water in our body?

We should drink 12-15 glasses of water each day. It helps to avoid the formation of kidney stones or being dehydrated. Profuse sweating can greatly evaporate out of our body. Urine excretion is another form of water loss. Drink a lot for water-balance. Dont drink top water! It has chlorine. Use tap water only for bathing, washing, cleaning and watering purposes.
