I like coffee by the fact that it really helps to relax especially in times of stressful works. Some told me that coffee will unable you to sleep and make you think the stress until you sleep. Some told me that coffee will make you feel nervous. But based on my experience, coffee makes me feel relaxed and able me to sleep well. In fact, before I sleep, I drink coffee and make me feel sleep. I noticed that the more I drink coffee the more I am able to think well and sleep well. I don't what are the explanation with this but it still make me believe that coffee has lots of benefits in my life.

Hi, can coffee really makes you out of stress? Coffee make me more alert than stress free and I had tried chocolate, confirmed make you stress free. What type of coffee you drink the most? Instant or special brew? Any favorite coffee shops? Happy Mylotting.

Hello cinjhoxmyltc! i love coffee so much and like you, coffee helps me to relax and focus on my work better. i consume at least 5 mugs of coffee a day and i still sleep tight at night. However, only when i drink colas during night time when i have drunk coffee at daytime that my sleep pattern is affected. I also noticed that when i have not drank coffee in a day, i somehow function less. as to coffee making me nervous, well, i have always been an edgy type and when something crashes down in a loud bang amidst the silence, i am sure to jump out of my skin. i don't attribute that to coffee but well, maybe its the culprit for that.

If you're used to drinking coffee at night, like me, you won't be able to feel the effect of the caffeine. Instead of making you unable to sleep, you can sleep well. There are benefits of coffee because of the boosting energy that it gives you but there are bad benefits too of drinking too much coffee.

I enjoy a leisure cup of coffee when relaxing, too. Coffee/caffeine affects people differently. I drink a lot of coffee and suffer no problem with insomnia. (I might have to get up several times to pee during the night though. LOL!) You build a tolerance. I know if I don't have my caffeine, I will develop headaches. Yeah...yeah...sign of addiction. Got the coffee monkey on my back. Research has shown coffee does have health benefits. So let's raise our cups of coffee in a toast -- "Here's to coffee and a stress-free world!" *clinks coffee cups with cinjhoxmyltc*

Hello cinjhoxmyltc, Drinking coffee is the best way to work better in your obligation or in your job because coffee helps your to be more active because of the caffiene that makes your mind to be active that's why mostly of drivers drink coffee to drive well. But in your experience I dont know why you sleep better if you drink coffee and i try to search about it. Have a nice day.

It seems that your organism reacts to a coffee in a very original way. As I know, most of the people, however, get "inflamed" by a caffeine and it really doesn't help them to relax. Quite opposite - they get rid of tiredness and compensate a lack of sleep by drinking coffee. So do I: I feel a bit addicted to the coffee because it's almost impossible to wake up in the morning without a portion of coffee. If I haven't drunk it, I feel terrible and can't work effectively. The same effect as coffee have so called energetic drinks in tins - they also contain a caffeine and that's the secret of the energy they give.
