how did you do when you're getting mad?

sometimes we've felt mad not only for our self but also for the other people. How did you overcome your madness? Did you shout or calm?

Of course , we are not supposed to shout when you are mad . Usually ,quarrel only contributes to more understandings . So you had better control yourself . Be calm ! Have a good talk with he or she , maybe it will be beneficial to both sides

you are right catherine. But not all people are calm if they were mad, there are others that they shout in front of the people whom they mad. Sometimes I did that to shout in front of other people but after that I know that I will be able to apologize them in order them to feel okay and not hurt. I will try to talk with my friends. most of people made me mad are all the one that I am not care about. I will shout with them and after that find a very good friend to talk something, or just go out to relax.

We are the same indahfth. sometimes, when I felt mad, I want to go to another place which is peaceful like the falls that only drops of water I can heard and the singing of birds. when i get mad i usually hide and cry. or i write something and post it on my writing sites. that way i can express my feelings.

Yes, but sometimes, you need a companion either friend, family or love ones who can lean there shoulders to us. It is a big help for us. Not all the time we want to hide because no one can advice us and comfort. Well, thanks for sharing your comments with us and have a nice day ahead Godbless

Whenever I get mad on someone, I will try to remain calm. Because, I know if I shout, then the matter will get worse. I follow some relaxation techniques. First I will breathe deeply, and then I will try to divert my mind of the issue. Or I just move out of that place.

Good thing you can help yourself calm if you get mad. Sometimes, When I felt mad, I just want to shout so that the mad feelings I've felt will no longer in my heart because they run away hehehe lol. it is my way on how to control myself when I am getting mad. At the time I feel mad or dis-appointed in certain situation or people, I always walk away to relieve my feelings. Even in my family with the same situation, immediately I leave and walk and walk or go to beach (because our house before near the beach)... I've learn from the past when I got mad then thrown everything I put in my hands...

Hello visavis, I think beach can help us to remove our madness feelings. It is a good place where we can better think and burst out our feelings. I have my own relaxation techniques and I always have a positive outlook in life so I have a very good coping mechanism with regards to stresses. I also seldom get mad because I think that is who I am and I am born with it.
