eBay-shopping - safe?

Have you bought things via eBay? Do you think it's safe, how did you pay? And have you bought anything from an eBay that is not from your country - I mean I am interesting in buying a thing on eBay.fr, but I don't live in France. Ok?

I have bought stuff from E-Bay and never had a bad experience with them. I have not, however bought anything from another country

I have never bought anything from Ebay myself but a good friend of mine did buy a Jeep on there and he is loving it and has had no problems with it. He had to travel up north to get it but he is enjoying his vehicle. Nothing is completely safe but it worked out for him.

A jeep! I've never heard of anyone buying something that big via eBay! I'm glad he's happy with his purchase.

I have purchased some products on Ebay, usually in Ebay United Kingdom and USA. I have never had a problem, the shippment is usually really fast and the products are as described. I always paid with PayPal with no problems. I have bought memory cards, memory pens, acessories for my photographic machine, etc.

Oh, good! So you were successfull with whatever you did buy? I'm glad! I guess I'll give this a try, just have to check out shipping and payment methods etc.

I buy and sell on eBay. Before buying, I check a person's feedback. As long as it's positive, I will bid. I am very happy with eBay and highly recommend it! I use Paypal to send and receive payments. Good luck, and just make sure you do your research!

i have bought and sold on ebay and it is very fast and you must be prompt wiwth everything. i had purchased a cold air intake for my car and it was dented but with some pliers we fixed that.

I am prepared that there are no guaranties for the things you purchase - I have a friend who recieved a copied DVD instead of an original once. But I hope that it will go well with my purchase. Thanks for you comment!

I have purchased many things from ebay. I use PayPal and find that they are a secure payment site. I always check the sellers feedback and feedback score first. I am in the U.S.A. and I have purchased from Indonesia and Australia, just be sure to check the sellers shipping policy BEFORE bidding, so you can be certain that they ship out of their country and the exact cost of S&H. Ebay offers a 'buy it now' feature and they have 'ebay express' and 'ebay stores', if you don't enjoy bidding. Have Fun ~ Happy Bidding!

Ok... I'm kind of surprised, actually, I was sort of hoping that people would tell me about good experiences. I have had good experiences with a similar site here in my country, and found something on eBay, and hoped that people would be as happy with eBay as people generally are with this other site, tradera.com. Well, thankyou for your response, anyway, now I'll have to think about weather to go for this thing or not... Have a nice evening!

I have bought items on ebay. If you see the seller's score as positive(from buyer) then most of cases it's safe :) I've bought from concert tickets to shirts and I bought from this person who lives in Europe (I live in USA) but it was very quick.

Its very safe. You can alwaiz have a trust in them. Delivery is very proper and the quality of the products are also good.
