I'm really starting to hate my internet provider.

Our old wireless router was on the fritz and kept dropping my connection, so my roommate took it back and exchanged it for another router.
However, when I got online with the new router, it was so laggy it wasn't funny.
Then it went offline for a period of time, and I couldn't get it running again, no matter what I tried.
I then got on the phone to tech support at my ISP, was waiting almost 15 minutes without getting anyone.
Suddenly the connection started to work for me, just out of the blue.
I have no idea what was wrong with it, but at least I'm back online and the connection is faster than it was prior to all of this happening.

It is not unusual for Computers or internet connections to experience some technical glitches at times. Unless you are a techie that you can d-i-y, good for you because you can figure out things for yourself most of the time. If not, then one of the things you should be always looking for is an after sales service from your provider or supplier to give you tech support. Always have the tech support number or chat, or email address in handy should you need anytime of the day.

Computers and technology can be so frustrating. I am dealing with a new wireless printer that will not stay configured. My son is tired of messing with it, but I have given my old one away. Hubby knew someone who needed it. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Son is pretty convinced it is my router as well that is the problem. It is next on my technology shopping list. Good luck.
