Do you feel that shopping makes you feel better specially when you are tense

I feel shopping really boosts your spirit when you are feeling low and down even if you don't buy anything just looking at the things you wish you had gives you a good feeling, what do you feel about it?

shopping shouldnt be done for that reason because you can get into financial trouble if you shop to feel good.

i think so. sometimes when i cannot handle my tense feeling and being stressed i take time to go shopping.
