Why are some people so noisy, some does anything just to be noticed?

It is very alarming to take note that so many individuals does unorthodox things just to be notice.They does it because they are already late to their appointments.They do it because they are in an emergency situation.They do it because they are chased by their captors,and so many other reasons why they are making any sounds and weird signals.I know that some of you out there have already experienced a scenario which are just like these situations.Please tell your stories and how you are making the situation manageable.
