I had this question in my head for a couple of days after reading an article. A person hanged themselves after being bullied for a large majority of their school year. When the police "caught" the bullies they were surprise that the person killed themselves. Maybe the Mylot group can help me with this question since I don't get it.

You are right. Some of the details of the bullying, we read about, after the victim ,resorted to something bad,is indeed, very shocking. The shock is accentuated by the fact the authorities concerned, seem to have been aware of the same.Bullying has to be banned and punished,to discourage the same,so that innocent and precious lives are not lost,at a very early age.
