I always grew up thinking my father is a super hero who can do anything. He can do all the things which is impossible. When I was a kid I used to believe that my father has got such abilities which nobody has on this earth. He is the strongest person on earth and can fight with anyone. I think all of us think in the same manner as a kid. But now when he is on bed I still feel strong in heart and still have that belief that he is with me. But now he cant stand on his legs but still I feel a sense of relief because he is alive. What is your stand on this friends?

I think as children, we always view our parents as superheros who can do no wrong. We idolize them in a light that makes them seem invincible and not human. As you get older, you can start to realize that your parents are humans just like you, and sometimes it can be disappointing. In other ways, it's great because you can connect with them on a different level, but you just see them as humans you love instead of supermom and superdad.

Well said friend. This fee;ing is immortal and we go on loving them and respect them. We owe everything to them. Whatever we are only because they grew up and made us a human-being. Thanks for the response.

I as well saw my father as a superhero when I was a child. My father is old, but he still strong in both the heart and the brain. He taught me morals and things that even school could not teach. I know that when I have a family, I will help teach my child the same thing.
