Avocados

Avocados aren't as prevalent as other fruits, but that is no reason to ignore them. Avocados contain substance that can work together to reduce your risk of prostate and breast cancer, but their main attraction lies in their ability to help your cardiovascular health. they are very low in overall fat. Eat to as healthy life!

Avocados are also called BUTTER FRUIT right! yes they are utterly butterly tasty and healthy. I use them as my main breakfast during season.

That's a nice thing to do. Actually, we need to eat fruits first before meals.

I love avocados and use them a lot in salads, mixed with lettuce and celery. I also use them as bread spread instead of butter, in dips such as guacamole or others, cut in half and filled with shrimp or mashed hard boiled eggs over finelly shredded lettuce. In our country I can assure you we don´t ignore it. It´s part of our best loved food.
