99.99% PTC are SCAMS.

We found that almost 999 PTC sites out of 1000 are scams. In this vast INTERNET, only handful of SITES ARE LEGIT. Who is to be Blamed ? Site owners or Members. I feel if all the users stop signing up ONLY BECAUSE IT IS FREE, then what will these few PTC SCAMERS DO? we are also equally to be blamed i believe. Please share your views.

I doubt it is t And though some of them actually pay, it's pretty much a scam since they offer peanuts for what adds up to hours of work.

We do not blame members in this case, my friend. Because members assume that the site is good and the admin is trusted but they are mistake on that assumptions due to the fact the admin is not a good person but scammer...

True. There is a lot of SCAM programs online. It pays to be cautious. However the 1% are really good programs. You just have to know how to play the game. I have learn to take advantage of these programs using the same earnings I get from them and more.

i havent been a victim of scam yet and i hope i wont be. but as far as i learned from so many forums, comments and the like this seems true. that is a sad reality.

i totally agree with you but neobux is not illegal and it really does pay you even though it is going to take a long time. i do not think that we are to blame because we are only signing up to earn money but they are betraying us.
