Hello Mylotters, It's been a long time since the last time ive visited mylot because of my On the-job-training (OJT). I had a big problem as to whether to continue my OJT in a foreign land or to go back to my home country to finish my studies. The first job was an administrative assistant but unfortunately, I was being terminated because of my poor performance and inability to cope up with the fast paced job in our department. Presently, I was being applied to a new company for my OJT but wasn't able to start in the job yet because I was waiting for the approval of the ministry of manpower. The work wasn't that sure for me yet because there is still a big chances of rejection in my application. I decided to wait for the result of the approval but in case it would be rejected then I would go back to My country to start the next semester. If in case you would be in my situation what is the best thing to do?

hi eil_noz! just hang on in there and wait for the job you were interviewed next. once you passed, give your best and try to adopt things as fast as you can. try to be smarter and put that wary of yours exluded from consideration. i'm sure you will make it. otherwise, go home and continue your studies, do you OJT when all of your academics units finished. it would be easier for you then. also, choose which job does your course has related most so it won't be a long long shot for you again. who knows you'll be retained after your OJT and continue working there...
