Google map, like to see things in it live. Vehicles moving, matches, games live

If Google map shows live incidents going on earth, that would be really wonderful, I could trace my friends, relatives and others, where they are now, matches going on in stadium with fully packed audiences, concerts going on, other live things and incidents going on in earth, all these could be watched from home. If there is any heavy traffic jams on roads, knowing it and planning my journey accordingly. I hope it would be wonderful and helpful.
