Can I still withdraw money from paypal my bank without verifying my paypal?

Here's the problem. I don't have a credit card what I have is an atm account. Do you I need to verify my paypal account to be able to withdraw money to my bank account? because isn't it that you need a credit card to verify your paypal account?
I already tried asking them about it but they haven't responded yet. I hope you guys could help me.

Hey dear! you can used your Pl even if you don't have a Credit Card the best way that you can do is open an EON card in union bnk. it takes only 350 pesso to open an EON card got o the nearest Union bnk and open a new one the eon card is the best way and safest card for using PL.. have a nice day ahead

Go check to your BPI bank if your current account is okay for paypal linking.I heard from one friend that her BPI Cash Card is not allowable to link to Paypal.However a saving account can be used to link to Paypal after enrolling your BPI Savings Account to internet banking purpose. it's a safe way to used your own card.my best advise is EON card in union bank.it is a safe way to withdraw account in paypal. you can check their website if you want just go to union bank website for details

I think you can withdraw your money but there is a limit. The best thing is to get your paypal verified so that you will have the privilege of withdrawing your money in whatever amount you want without the limitations.

No turikusi, yoiu can withdraw only if you are verified. To verify it does not need of credit card, you have to link your bank account only. The Paypal will deposit two small amount on your bank account which you have to provide to Paypal. That's over.

don't worry if you want to verify your paypal even not have credit card. just use virtual credit card to verify it, it same like real credit card. but you just get a number of card and the limit date from the card. then, the price is cheap just $ 7,5.. if you are from indonesia, i can show you the best seller for cc itself.

i think you may use vcc(Virtual Credit Card) to verify your account. You can buy from some sellers on the internet.... googling...

It really depends on your country. For some countries, they do allow you to withdraw to your bank account which is your ATM card. For most countries though, Paypal requires you to at least have a debit card before you withdraw. You'd need to check your country's Paypal rules and regulations to be certain though.
