Do You Felt Easy To Get Referrals On Your PTC Sites?

If I have more time to spend online, I think it's easy for me to get referrals in all my ptc but because I have regular job I prefer to work alone than asking anybody to joined me on a specific sites. It's hard to convinced people because of the bad reputation of ptc nowadays. Rampant scam and people are skeptic to online earnings unless you showed them your payment proof. The problem if the site is new you can not show them your own proof. How about you guys do you felt hard to get referrals on your ptc sites?
