Hi there! There is someone who recommended me to sign up for downlinerefs for me to be able to build my referrals. The site is all mixed up and it is a bit confusing to me since the forum was disabled as the site says and I can't find FAQ's there. I have so many question about this site. 1.Is this legitimate? 2.What is the purpose of this site 3.Are we able to cash out? 4.How do we able to build up our referrals? 5.Why is it that the buying of referrals cost too much 6.How many points does it need to be able to build referrals? Hopefully somebody can help me out with these questions and give advice. I really don't want to waste time in a scam site. Sure will help the other members too. Thanks!
