how many meals do you eat a day ?

Usually I have the three normal meals per day: breakfast, lunch and supper. After coming back home at night, I might drink a glass of milk and eat some snacks because I have supper early.

We eat at least 3 times in a day. We get to have snacks in between meals but it depends on how hungry we are. There are also times when we eat before we go to bed.

Well I don't eat as many as I should and I don't eat healthy either. I usually only eat maybe one meal a day with a few small snacks in between. Its usually supper I eat because it gives me the whole day to get hungry.
