Can I use Autosurf to recieve unique views on my Triond published articles?

Hello there my fellow mylotters. I came across an autosurf site acefreehits.com where i could use it in order to receive hits or views. And I am wondering if i could use it with my triond articles? Upon registration on the site, it asks for a website at which i wanted to receive hits at. Can I put the link of my article directly into it? would it be possible for me to receive unique views using it? responses from others are very much appreciated.
