Kim Clijsters beat No. 1 Caroline Wozinacki at the WTA Championships. Wozinacki is still No. 1, but how long before Clijsters is challenging for that spot or will Serena Williams take it back first? Or will Wozinacki hang on to it for some time?

Kim Clijsters made a very good return since last year, 2 US Open and one Championship, she's having her best seasons for the moment ! In Belgium we are a bit disappointed by Justine Hénin, who also made her return but with less success than Kim. For the n°1 spot, I think Kim could challenge for it quite fast, but if Wozniacki win her first Grand Slam tournament in 2011, she could sit at the top of the standings for quite a while.

You have a good view for this, but as you say if Wozniacki wins a Grand Slam in 2011, she will stay on the top for some time.

I think Caroline will keep the position as number 1 for some time. She is really good, and when she has her best days, she is almost unbeatable. I have followed Caroline for some years now, because I'm from Denmark, and she trains hard every day to keep this position.
