Being a woman, most of us tend to have the kind or similar hairstyle throughout my life, not wanting to try anything new for fear of not suiting us. Til date, I have got only 2 hairstyles or maybe just 1 because I only either change the length or thin my hair. While I have an adventurous colleague who changes her hairstyle once every few months according to the trend. She looks feminine one moment but the next time, she can really look like a guy with short cropped hair. One shocking thing she told me, she's willing to go bald one day should the trend kicks in! I'm really impressed with her courage and I'm glad to be able to go through a little change unlike her.

well i also admire your friend for having the courage to change her hairstyle every now and then, how i wish i could do the same. but its just not for me. my hair is not as good and will not suit in other styles, i think i just don't have that confident to try new hairstyles. in my entire life i am just always tying my hair and if i don't i feel like my head is heavy! lol! but when i was younger i try having a really short hair and yeah...its a disaster! i look like a boy and i don't like that. actually some mistook me for a boy that's why i don't try having such short hair again ever...hehe by the way, its my mom who decided it that time.

It's a weird thing. When we cut out hair short, we are often mistaken as a guy. There are very few women who can take short hair well and still look feminine. In your case, your mom should be craving for a boy, hence her decision.

yeah and i kinda envy them sometimes coz sometimes i feel like having a short hair and yet remaining so feminine is very cool! i have a friend like that before, she have this very short hair, actually her haircut is really like those of a guy, a barber cut i think and yet she still looks so pretty. she styled her hair with gel to make it look wet and glossy and sometimes put a cute ribbon. and with an earrings she so beautiful. nah, not really because she already have a baby boy that time, she just try that to me because she also have a short hair and besides its summer and she said that my hair looks so messy for summer. lol!

haha =D NOt for me, in the past.. hehe ^_^ When i'm still schooling, i dun like to change my hairstyle at all because i'm too used to that look. Even i tried to change it, the parting is already fixed because once the wind blows, my hair will return to the original parting.. lol =D When i'm in the army, i'm quite conscious of myself looking bald, that i wear a cap to wherever i go. But now, i think due to age, i'm no longer particular about my hair style, and i have been changing it numerous time.. haha =D

Well at least guys are more fortunate, if they have a bad cut, it's either they cut it short or go bald, no problem with that. For those who are really disturbed by the bad cut, cap is always a option. Unlike women, we can't cut it too short and cap is not a wise option too.
