Dude.... You need to use your own credit card.... The names on the credit card and the paypal account should match.... If you have seen to it and still the same problem continues.... Then try using your credit card else where.... If its working perfectly then contact the paypal fellas.....

hi, It is evident from your message you are not using your own card. The names should match.If you don't have a credit card try with your debit card or otherwise I think you can attach your bank account too. Hope this helps.

make sure your paypal account name and debit card account name matches and your card is not pin/password protected.you can set up paypal account without adding credit card and later on you can add them to verify your status.

The answer is simple card name is mismatched with your PayPal name. And this is also not a legal to add others card into your Paypal account account. The same rule applies in adding bank account too. Either add your own card in Paypal or if you don't have a card than apply for the same at your bank. Or simply don't add any card, if you need funds in Paypal then your brother can send you Paypal money by adding the card into his Paypal account. And another important thing, not all cards are accepted by Paypal, basically debit cards are of no use. Why you tried to add your younger brother's card into your Paypal? that is main question arises in my mind! I think you're now able to find out your mistake. Have a great day.

Maybe the name in your paypal account doesn't match to your credit card account. Since you are requested to contact the relevant bank, why don't you do it. That is the only way the relevant bank can help you.

I think pay pal dont allow debit card in some countries, check whether your country is not in that list. Also check with your bank, whether they allow their user for paypal, I think one phone call to service center of bank can solve the problem. Just call them and tell them the situation...
