Oh see, I am cleaning my computer but I choose to removed my microsoft office, and I do not really minding I could removed all the programs including word and excel which I need the most here to open my BIR forms. Now I am trying to search for free download but I could not able to have one, I mean word and excel installer... who can help me with this one? I am hesitant to start this discussion though but I guess it's my time already to ask assistance from you here... who has knowledge about this thing?

I don't know why you removed microsoft office.

You can try ope-office. Its free and is microsoft office compatible.
www.openoffice.org
You can also try torrents, but it is illegal.

I guess you are right, so perhaps I would end up installing the openoffice, just getting terrified how to open my BIR form then huhuhu. Thank you.

There are many places on the net where you can dowload it from and one that comes to mind is cnet and or microsoft directly but keep in mind you are going to have to pay for the actually license fee.
You may be able to find that as well on the net but it does take quite a bit of persistence.

I actually found one but it is not totally free... oh where could I find a free installer for this huhuhu, thanks for the response and nice idea my friend.

try brothersoft.com . there are lots of free software there with choices for windows and MAC.. free game downloads too...
