Start again from zero in neobux or onbux. Is it possible?

Here's what we thought: me and a friend of mine are both members of neobux and onbux.
But none of us is referral of the other.
We thought to cancel our accounts and start again from zero, but as each others referral.
I mean, I'll cancel my neobux account to become his onbux referral and he's going to cancel his onbux account to become my neobux referral.
Do you think it is posible?
Can I create another account in neobux (or onbux) after I cancelled my first account?

You can't unless you change your ip address. Neobux and Onbux have already listed your ip and they only allow one user per each, at least that's how I understand it.

the idea is good and you can go for it if you or your friend don't have any pending balance over there..if you guys have some amount first cash out them and start all over from the scratch.

We thought about it, too. We will wait until each of us reach the next payout, and then we will cancel our accounts and sign in again.
But we don't know if it is possible.
I don't know if I can create another account with the same paypal account. I'm afraid they will reject our subscription if we do so.
Do you know if there is any specification about this matter in their TOS?
