how does one handle stress and pressure from work?

Up until now, I am still wondering how does other people out there handle these things? Personally, I do have a hard time handling these kind of situation..so if anyone out there would give me their thoughts and ideas regarding this issue...kindly help me please!!! .

Firstly I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you, here on myLot. As to how to handle the pressures from work and or life, we must remember our priorities and objectives in life at which time we have to learn to take a few big deep breaths and always remember not blame and or inadvertently shout at our loved ones. It is inevitable that no one in life will be stress free. Good Luck to you and I hope you can calm down soon.

hi! thanks for your response. I really do appreciate it. regarding your post, yes, you're right...setting objectives and priorities is one way of keeping away or at least lessen the stress..but what if the boss itself is the reason why you're stressed? it's as if his looking for ways to scold you even though you're ding your work well.

If there is absolutely no way of communicating with the boss to be able to express on how you feel then, I would suggest to quietly begin searching for another job while still working there. Our health is very important and it requires peace of mind, which includes having a job and earnings. I would not leave until I found another ideal job so all must be done in an astute manner.

thanks! i guess you're right.. as of now, i think i'll just have to endure it 'til i reached my 6th month there. 'coz if ever i would be lucky enough to be regularized in there, i plan to submit my resignation on my 7th month so as not to have a bad employment record... 'coz here in our country (Philippines), when you get hired, you'll be under probationary for 6 months before you can be regularized. .

We all got these daily stresses from work, and I feel the same. I just lost myself sometimes too, but I still have to make a living though. So I might just suck it up, and think about it less and less. I would try to make myself tired, and get some good sleep. After you get up, you feel refresh again.
