I need some advise on leaving it in the past.

I have been working on not eating so much sugar and not to order pizza, i did good with the sugar by not getting cinna stix but i did bad with getting pizza yesturday i wanna do good and move on from it but i'm so made at my self that i order pizza. How can i move on and not beat me self up on what i did for some reason i let the little things like this bother me i don't know why so do you guys have any advise on how i can keep going with out beeing mad at my self about it.

When you order pizza try to only eat one slice instead of two or three. I know it can be hard. I struggle with food and like you I love pizza. I have lost weight before by exercising everyday and cutting back on the amount of food I eat. Sadly I gained it back. I am trying to reach my weight goals but it seems it is harder this time around. I really do understand because it is so easy to pick up the phone or go online and order pizza. I would try to limit yourself to ordering pizza to a limit. Whether it is once or week or once every two weeks, or only once a month. It will probably help you reach your goals of not eating so many sugars and not eating pizza as much. You would probably end up saving money as well. I know it can be hard but you can do it. I am trying to write down in a journal what I eat everyday and if I don't reach my goals then I will go back and look at what I ate that week. I also am in the routine of exercising every day. Some days I do exercise for longer periods of time than other days but I'm find with that. I have missed two or three days of exercising myself and feel badly about it. I haven't had the money to order pizza but have ate fast food in the past couple of days. Try not to feel so bad about ordering pizza. We have to occasionally have what we want. I think you should just try to limit yourself, that's all. Believe me, if I could order pizza all the time I probably would. Maybe you should try writing down in a journal how often you eat pizza and how much you spend for it. Maybe that will open your eyes to how much you eat the pizza and how much money you spend on pizza. Good Luck!
