well....i did something, i think stupid. that stupidity came from my ignorance.
it began when i was sick and i have to stay at the hospital for 2 days and 1 night.
it costs a lot of money but since i've got money to cover it all, i feel save at that time.
but i forgot that i have an insurance. actually those expenses can be reimbursed to the insurance but i didn't do it. i didn't know why and i feel regret, upset, loss, and can forgive my self about what i've done until right now.

How long ago has it been as here in the US with most insurance companies we have a time of limitation with all insurance. Some will allow up to a year to file the claim, while others will allow up to 18 months.
So if is has not been that long ago please check your benefits as you may find that it is not too late.
If it is too late I am really sorry but I suppose being sick you could not be thinking clearly and I hope all gets better soon for you. Be well.
