In the movie trilogy, the plot was somewhat can be compared to a computer system under a virus attack. Agent Smith is the virus infecting evry other file in the Matrix (deleting and overwriting them) on the other hand his complete opposite Neo serves as the Anti Virus he must stop the spread of Agent Smith in order to do this he needs to go to the source and in the process it requires him to surrender to the machines and rebuild the matrix, the machines then gives him a few person to start the world over and they co exist. Just like clean formatting then installing a new OS. So what do you think guys ? any other thoughts and comparison?
